1.      Champion in the Midget Division in the Mike Schroeder Bash  (#1 seed)

2.      Novice State Qualifier that DID NOT place at Novice State  (#1 seed if available)

3.       Sectional Placers 1 thru 3

4.       2007 Midget State Placers 1 thru 8

5.       2007 Winter Nationals Placers 1 thru 4 (if necessary)

6.       2008 IKWF Kids Open Placers 1 thru 4 (if necessary)
